For over 30 years, our team have been transforming difficult sites into remarkable places that consistently delivers value. We were responsible for over 25 major international projects (50 million sq ft total) including three developments in London, 60 Gresham Street, 65 Gracechurch and 22 Bishopsgate. We specialize in delivering large, complex sites, and building projects that involve major infrastructure changes, and engineering solutions.
The team comprises of a group of experts in varying fields, including real estate investment experts, development management, financing, deal structuring, interior architects, software engineers, qualified accountants and legal counsels. The team works through a combination of market awareness, financial discipline and a common sense approach to conducting business. With a proven track record of delivering outstanding results in investment management, and creation of new investment products, we implemented turnaround and recovery strategies, corporate restructuring, and business consultancy. We are committed to strong stakeholder relationships, we can influence and secure buy-in off market deals through proactive networks, and powerful negotiation.
Our proven success rate includes effectively leading and energizing multi-site and multi-cultural teams, delivering against targets. With over 30 years of network connections with UHNW clients, we are knowledgeable of international markets, as well as the UK market. With close relationships to the Gulf countries, we also specialize in Sharia compliant products and investments that are overseen by a Senior Islamic banking professional who has led diverse business lines with cross continental exposure in Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
The design team develops designs for clients as well as supervise the design construction process. We develop new ways of using existing spaces as well as applying renovations to damaged properties. The process of construction will be overseen from its early stages through to its completion, to ensure the best results and satisfaction of our clients.
